I am a highly motivated and hard working employee who delegates and co-ordinates my workload, and workload of my other team members in order to provide the best quality while consistently hitting targets. I am capable of working with minimal supervision while still consistently achieving goals.

My role at Lotus is to flexibly move between several posts in coordination with other team members in order to deliver a quality product consistently throughout the day. Many other roles are dependent on the quality and speed of our team's production. It is a priority to fix and deliver anything that is damaged or rejected in order to keep all of the teams working as a unit and deliver a full quality product on schedule.

At Gary Cooper Paving my role was to provide a faultless product that ensured customer satisfaction. This involved introducing myself and the team to the customer in a polite and informative manner. I would explain the process and ensure the customer was happy with every step informing management of any changes that needed to be made before beginning. While there I also spent time as a receptionist, escorting customers around the show site and explaining the products and services we could offer them. My role also involved accurately taking telephone orders from customers and adding them in full detail to the rota for other employees.

While at Williams Lea my duties included digitizing and enhancing archived insurance documents from microfiche, ensuring documents were legible and entirely visible so that they could be digitally archived and stored. I used a variety of photo editing tools to produce the best quality image available at a rapid pace to deliver a large sum of documents on a daily basis.

In order to gain some experience and add to my skill set I volunteered at Wherry. I had a incredibly varied experience which included;

Setting up a mobile vehicle in residential areas, greeting and discussing issues with residents, providing constructive feedback and delivering a positive and welcoming customer experience while conducting myself in a professional manner.

Editing and updating live website content with accuracy.

Writing, printing and posting documents to residents.

Troubleshooting and resolving internal IT issues.
