I am a Scientist and Author currently living in British Columbia, Canada. I am an advocate for evidence.

My research objective is to advance the science and practice of conservation. I focus especially on fisheries technology and the role it plays in sustainability and human well-being, and on the impact of policy on the environment.

But nothing makes sense in conservation except in light of climate change (apologies to Dobzhansky).
