Answering the question, "What do you do?" is always a bit complicated. My vocation - what I do - is help people discover their purpose and calling in life, identify and maximize their strengths, and live fully present lives. I often focus on fulfilling that calling in areas related to community and leadership development. ...And I accomplish this through a number of different "jobs."

Discovering your calling & purpose is a matter of noticing how your strengths, blessings, and passions connect with what the world around you needs and longs for.

So, I have jobs as non-profit director, a trainer and teacher, a leadership coach and coach trainer. I'm also a writer, a reader, a story teller, an avid coffee drinker, and occasional coffee bean roaster. I am a husband, father, and neighbor.

All of these contexts are part of my vocation; each place, and each moment provide opportunity to live my calling.

...and the same goes for you.
