Breyana Thomas De Raveniere

I am an aspiring Criminal Defense Attorney.

I am currently on track to meeting my destined goals.

I am also apart of the SYEP Summer Bridge program where I learn more about career goals and complete projects relating to daily life activities.

The program has helped me to become more invested with the problems that are present within my community, understand the steps and goals I have to take for the career path I chosen and help me prepare for the future.

I was proud of how much knowledge I retained after just two weeks of the program and how easy it was for me to interact with my group members knowing how shy I am.

The advice I would give to them is to always believe in yourself, you may want to give up now but your days won’t always be like this because better days are coming. Their are people out there who want to help, don’t hesitate to talk.
