Biography

• Brian Cox is a highly technical IT Project Manager with an outstanding record of driving programs and technical solutions in highly complex and confidential environments. With a history of success in positions of increasing responsibility and program oversight, he has a great deal to offer a new company.

Brian’s career began in graphic design, creating graphics and illustrations for scientific papers published in national science journals in a role at The Scripps Research Institute, which included experience working with a Nobel Laureate scholar. His experience in the Naval Reserve, however, exposed him to IT training and experience in areas such as systems administration and systems acquisition management. By the mid-2000s, in an IT training and support role with Apple, he made systems solutions recommendations to numerous customers and trained literally thousands of end users.
With a Navy background and a security clearance under his belt, Brian was a logical hire for defense contractor Northrup Grumman. This experience involved a great deal of IT project management for communications and other technical solutions for NCIS; with this experience and numerous years of intelligence experience with the Naval Reserve, Brian has proven his trustworthiness in handling confidential information. At Northrup Grumman, he advanced from a technical support professional into a project manager position that involved preparing reports and briefings for extremely high-level personnel. From proposal development to schedule and budget management to risk analysis and rectification, Brian is very well versed in all aspects of technical project management and would be an asset to any organization.
