Brian is an Organisational Psychologist by training and a Learning & Development Professional specialising in Conscious Leadership and Team Development.

He has worked in the Corporate, Academic and Diplomatic sectors for over 15 years, with a broad range of clients in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Some of his clients include IAG, The Warehouse Group, The Well Connected Alliance, Noel Leeming, Shell, Boehringer Ingleheim, BP, Siemens, Samsung Siltronic and The Singapore Public Utilities Board.

As part of the International Faculty of CPP, he teaches the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Qualification Programme.

In his consulting work, he helps teams and leaders develop more effective, authentic communication strategies.
