Over the years, Brian Ludwig has been involved in a wide range of professional and charitable activities. In the process, Brian Ludwig has achieved success in the restaurant industry and has made a positive impact on the community.
Most recently, Brian Comer Ludwig worked in the corporate offices of Darden Restaurants as a director of operations. In this capacity, he oversaw the company’s various chain restaurants. He helped general managers at Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, and other casual dining restaurants to grow business and improve procedures at all levels.
Outside of work, Brian Ludwig possesses a long record of service to the community. When he served as director of the central Florida chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, he helped to raise more than $50,000 through the “100 Holes of Golf” event. He also has volunteered with Camp Boggy Creek and with Camp Good Days and Special Times. Both of these programs provide a unique summer experience for children with serious illnesses.
