Let me introduce myself, my name is Brian Bull, a Manchester based funeral celebrant.

Before training in Civil Celebrancy, I worked for over twenty years in the private sector. For the past fifteen years, I have been self-employed in consultancy and as an auctioneer.

This background in the private sector has given me the skills and confidence to offer a bespoke personal service.

I am married with three children and five grandchildren, whom I dedicate most of my free time to, not forgetting my two dogs, of course.

I have been Chairman of a Charity raising money and awareness for the Mentally disabled and disadvantaged children through fund raising events

The motivation to become a celebrant came at a time of bereavement, the passing of my Mother, and a very close friend.I am calm, confident and eloquent. I am at ease in all social occasions and find it easy to instigate conversations with new people. I find this friendly disposition enables clients to feel at ease when meeting me.

I offer a personal, unique and tailored service that is not restricted and can include religious content if requested, allowing family and friends to celebrate the life of their loved one while saying goodbye in an atmosphere of peace and dignity.

A member of the Association of Independent Celebrants, and as such, covered by the AOIC Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances (a copy is available on request),

I am PABBS suicide bereavement trained.

The area’s I cover are, Greater Manchester, Stockport, Lancashire and Cheshire,

My remuneration is in line with the table of parochial fees January 2020
