With over 10 years of experience the former chef and part owner of Nile Valley Eco-Juice and Salad Bar of Brooklyn’s Dekalb Market fame is equally well versed in non-vegan dishes however he truly shines when bringing his uncanny cool, creativity & Caribbean flair to raw & vegan delicacies. His juices, one of a kind desserts and nutrient rich entrées are definitely worth traveling for and capable of converting even the pickiest of eaters - think raw vegan cheese cake with an almond coconut crust and try not to swoon.
