Briana first became an administrative assistant at a Re/Max office when she was nineteen years old. Since then she has honed her skills to extend beyond basic administrative tasks. With more than twenty years of experience, she is the one person people go to for real estate advice, particularly in regards to forms, contracts, listings, and closings. You might say her true specialty is making her clients look good from the moment a listing is put into MLS, down to ensuring everyone is at the closing table on time and with all necessary documents present and accounted for.

Briana has been working remotely as an independent contractor since 2018. She has mastered the skills required to execute a multitude of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and prides herself on her professionalism and time management.

Currently, Briana holds a Missouri Real Estate License and was previously licensed in North Carolina. Her goal is to relocate to Arizona in June of 2021 where she will obtain a license as well. Even though licensing isn't a requirement for administrative work in most states, Briana prides herself on understanding the real estate laws in each state in which she works. She is always more than happy to learn additional state laws or become licensed in an additional state if required.
