Hello, my name is Briana. I am currently a student at Thomas Nelson Community College. I am highly interested in Human Resources and wishing to obtain an HR management degree.
I am currently, also, working at Progressive Insurance as a Inbound Call Representative. I absolutely adore servicing customers and making their day better one step at a time. Caring for people has always been a passion of mine whether it comes from work or my personal life. I believe excellent customer service is the way to a thriving business.
My current hobbies are reading, thrifting and refinishing furniture, and spoiling my dog and three cats. I am currently working on building a mini coffee shop to sell coffee and homemade coffee syrups to the locals. My dream is great coffee, caring for animals, and stellar customer service.
