I've spent many years helping customers and it's become a theme of my career -- from my days in technical support and systems administration to all of my work in Systems Engineering -- helping people to find the right solutions to their problems, helping to implement them, train people, and make sure that they get the most they can from them.

I am very fortunate to work with so many great people and build solid relationships with many. Some of my best friends are former customers and many more are good friends that I will always stay in touch with.
