Briana Wyatt is the Director of the Business Forum at the San Diego State University Lavin Entrepreneurship Center. The Business Forum is an executive membership program designed for closely held and family owned businesses. The Business Forum integrates academic learning and practical strategies to augment company value and ensure sustainable growth.
Briana earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business from San Diego State University. As a student at SDSU, Briana served as a Graduate Assistant, a Researcher for the SDSU Research Foundation, and the Vice President of Public Relations for the Graduate Student Association. Briana spent a semester of her MBA program immersed in international business at Universidad de Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Prior to working with the SDSU Lavin Entrepreneurship Center, Briana worked as a Project Manager for Lambesis, a highly acclaimed branding and advertising agency in La Jolla. In addition she served as Staffing Manager for Accountants in Transition, Inc., recognized as one of San Diego’s fastest growing privately held companies. Briana is fluent in Spanish and has an affinity for social entrepreneurship. She currently serves as a consultant for minority-owed entrepreneurial ventures
Briana is an Alderman Scholar and received a full tuition scholarship to the University of Northern Iowa where she was involved with founding the University Honors Program. As part of her undergraduate program, Briana studied Sociology and Spanish and participated in a semester exchange at the Universidad de Oviedo in Asturias, Spain.
Briana loves the sunny San Diego lifestyle: grilling out with family and friends, riding motorcycles, enjoying the beach and practicing yoga.
