Brian Blackwell is the Founder of UPNIN Inc, an innovative business network that owns or holds interests in a diverse portfolio of companies in the technology, banking, private equity, real estate, insurance, outdoors, and sports industries.
Brian has his real estate license and also possesses his Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses.
Brian graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 and received a Masters of Business Administration in Finance/ Real-Estate from Southern Methodist University in 2010. While at Texas A&M Brian interned at the Office of George H.W. Bush’s Houston Office and after college interned in Washington DC at the White House. Previously he was on Mitt Romney’s 2012 Presidential fundraising team, George P Bush for Land Commissioner, and helped fundraise for Marco Rubio's 2016 Presidential Run.
Currently, Mr. Blackwell serves as Chairman of UPNIN Inc, apart of Mav-Pac Chairmen’s Circle, Texas A&M Athletic Ambassadors Council, LEGACY, and Lubbock Association of Realtors.
Brian enjoys reading biographies, networking, attending sports events, politics, and spending time with his family including his niece and nephew Bryson and Harper Distel.
