As NASCAR CEO he oversaw the game-changing initiatives that helped them expand from a regional sport to a multi-billion-dollar entertainment property with fans all around the globe. As a businessman and thought leader, Brian France's career has been recognized by media outlets across the board. He made the TIME 100 list in 2006, joining the ranks of the “Builders & Titans” category for his role in NASCAR’s meteoric growth. In 2007 he joined the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame, not only for his work with NASCAR but also for the multibillion-dollar deals with NBC, Turner Sports, and Fox that he negotiated. Sports Business Daily also recognized Brian as one of 2014’s top 50 most influential people in the industry.

Brian’s passion for growth and leadership expands beyond his business ventures and into the community. Since 2011 Brian and his wife Amy have run The Luke and Meadows Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to encouraging progress on issues of child health and wellness. They’ve partnered with groups like D.A.R.E., the Humane Society of the United States, and Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research to donate millions of dollars in support of combating disease, poverty, and undereducation. Their latest philanthropic endeavor is The Amy and Brian France Foundation. By partnering with SHARE Charlotte, they’re investing in the nonprofit community of Charlotte, NC. It’s all part of Brian’s belief in making a positive difference in the lives of others.
