Hi, I’m Brian Hagerty. I’m a service industry professional based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with a background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and staff training.

My experience includes multi-unit restaurant management and frontline hospitality, where I’ve focused on building strong teams, maintaining operational standards, and helping service environments run smoothly during high-volume shifts.

I’m especially interested in practical leadership—clear expectations, solid training, and systems that help teams perform consistently.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, being in nature and at the beach, and playing guitar and piano.
