Brian Lipschultz (Otto Bremer)

A finance professional and organizational administrator with a career that spans nearly three decades, Brian Lipschultz performs a range of functions for the Otto Bremer Trust in St. Paul, Minnesota. As co-CEO and trustee of one of the country’s largest private foundations, he plays an integral role in managing a philanthropic trust with a value of approximately $900 million. Drawing on experience as a financial executive with a variety of companies, including Walt Disney and DreamWorks SKG, Brian Lipschultz also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bremer Financial Corporation, in which capacity he oversees a regional bank valued at $10 billion.

Outside his professional responsibilities, he is an accomplished vocalist and jazz instrumentalist who regularly listens to the genre’s legendary artists. To stay active, he enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding as well as playing golf and soccer, a sport he also watches on television and instructs young players in as a coach.
