Brian McKee UTC 10 Consulting

Since 2012, Brian McKee has served as the president and chief technology officer of UTC-10 Consulting, LLC, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He utilizes more than 25 years of IT management experience to provide clients with a wide range of IT support services, including strategic operations organization, modernization, and maintenance best practices integration. With clients in Hawaii and North America, UTC-10 Consulting specializes in achieving targeted results for short-term projects. Brian McKee and his firm maintain contracts with clients like Hawaiian Airlines, the City and County of Honolulu, and the City of Grand Rapids Water Department and the Board of Water Supply.

Prior to this role, McKee acted as the senior manager for CIBER’s Commercial Oracle Practice, for which he salvaged a struggling Oracle EBS R12 project with the Hawaii State Department of Transportation, Highways Division. He successfully regulated project spending, restored the client relationship, improved the project plan, and modified the management teams. Due to his efforts, the project avoided pending cancellation and litigation threats.

McKee’s extensive IT management expertise has been developed as the result of numerous executive-level roles with major IT firms and public organizations in the water, wastewater, and energy utility sectors. In the past, he has led IT efforts at organizations like San Diego Data Processing and Advanced Visual Development.
