Bishanga's foray into the media industry took shape in 2015 when he secured internship at Banda ICT Centre through Makerere University.

In 2021, he founded Kyarimpa Cares to champion children's and the elderly's rights. His contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals include promoting afforestation through the 50 Million Trees for Africa campaign and donating food supplies to ghetto areas in Uganda.

Muhumuza's philanthropic efforts are extensive, with a focus on children's welfare, refugee support, and environmental activism. Through Kyarimpa Cares he champions the rights and well-being of children and the elderly. Through this organisation, he continues to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by emphasising research, power-sharing, funding learning, and long-term thinking.

On 31st March 2024, Muhumuza Collaborated with Uganda National Forestry Authority and Buluma Samba Foundation and Judith Heard Foundation where 2000 fruit and medicinal tree seedlings were donated and planted at Life 4 Kids Home School in Kitengela Kenya.
