SUMMARY

As a Solution Consultant at ePharmaSolutions, I am responsible for maintaining and configuring the Demonstration environment for the Sales team. This includes configuring standard modules, SharePoint configurations, and POCs. As a Product Manager, I am responsible for the Software Development Lifecycle of the Electronic Trial Master File and Secure Document Exchange products.

Previously, as a Solutions Architect at NextDocs, I am focused on demonstrations of the NextDocs modules, responding to RFP and RFI responses, and working with Partner organizations on integrated demonstration systems.

Previously, I was a member of the Implementation Services team. My focus was on implementations of the NextDocs Document Management system as the configuration role on numerous deployments, including the Regulatory, Clinical and SOP modules. I am also a NextDocs trainer, and have provided both administrator and end-user training sessions for multiple clients.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Successfully supported 10+ person, global sales team for deals ranging from $100K – $4+ million, both on premise installations and cloud-based solutions
• Collaborated within the Solutions Architects team to provide complete support for sales representatives
• Effectively presented technical concepts to both technical and non-technical prospects including C-level executives
