As a photographer, I tend to gravitate to alternative processes that utilize technology for manipulations. I really enjoy using the combination of both new and old technologies developed by photographers for creative concepts. Currently my works reference story and memory. I appreciate the association of visual and verbal. The idea of a story being passed from one individual to another can be compared to a photograph re-telling an event or re-interpreting a circumstance.

I have a BA from Austin College a small liberal arts college in Sherman, Texas and an MFA in Photography and Sculpture from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

I am an artists who tells stories, a reader who can't put it down, i try to dance to that music and I am working on learning to cook (some things are better than others!)
