Brian Nadzan

Brian Nadzan is a technology executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience within the financial services industry, having spearheaded development across Electronic Trading, OMS, Risk, Compliance and Data. Experienced in building and driving a high-performance culture, effectively leading global development and product management, and optimizing processes and technology to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Brian was previously the Director of Development at Lava Trading from 2005 to 2009, where he was responsible for the development and product direction for Lava’s global multi-asset Buy Side Trading products, including electronic trading, market data, and referential data across Equities, Options, Futures, and FX asset classes.

Prior to joining Lava, Brian was a Managing Director at Bloomberg LP. Brian oversaw the development, support, and product direction of all trading applications at Bloomberg, including POMS, TOMS, and SSEOMS. He coordinated all electronic trading, portfolio analytics, compliance, and enterprise management applications as well.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and currently is a member of NJIT’s College of Computing Sciences Board of Visitors.
