Brianna Fischer
operations manager and Public Speaker in West Hollywood, California
Hey there, McCombs classmates! It's great to virtually meet you. I'm looking forward to growing and developing together into future leaders in business around the country and the world. Each of you brings a different perspective, created by your own set of diverse experiences, and I am honored to learn beside you at this prestigious institution.
My journey to this point has been unique. After graduating from UCLA, I embarked in a journey around the world as the inaugural Fishel Fellow of Los Angeles. I spent two months working with children and women in the slums in India, one year managing young adult organizations in Germany, and three months as a researcher at the leading social policy think tank in Israel. I returned to Los Angeles to work for the same nonprofit, leading several business networks of young professionals in real estate, technology, and community service. I then did a 180 degree turn and began a position as the Operations Manager at a startup called RadPad, where I lead HR, operations, and supply/sales.
A little about my personal life- I love camping, hiking, and basically anything that allows me to be outdoors (which, living in LA, is not a problem at any time of year). I've been to more countries than years I have been alive and consider New Zealand to be hands-down the most beautiful place on Earth. I have three brothers, a dog named Pete and a cat named Dennis.
I'm looking forward to hearing each of your stories and meeting you in person!
