Brianna Gaulding

Brianna Gaulding thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments that push her capacity for creativity and management to the ultimate level. As a junior at Spelman College, she has acquired significant experience in strategic communications through her major in Sociology, minor in Multimedia and Professional Writing. Moreover, several leadership and internship opportunities have cultivated Brianna’s marketing, advertising, and sales abilities. Her work as a University Liaison for the National Sales Network’s annual Student Sales & Marketing Conference, as well as her role as Publicity Chair and current President of Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance (FMLA), has generated multiple successes including fostering brand awareness and loyalty beyond her goals.

Brianna’s business philosophy is this: it matters not the quality of one’s work if her interaction with the recipient of the service is flawed. Business isn’t just revenue and analytics, it’s connection and relationships that drive those results. This mindset and her work ethic drive her to accomplish long and short term leadership goals within her various positions. Her goal postgrad is to successfully participate in a sales and/or marketing leadership development program or directly join a customer development team of a top Consumer Packaged Goods corporation before completing a top 10 Marketing focused MBA program.

Her efforts to contribute to her community are not just found in her academic success and professional positions, but in her community involvement as well. As a member of the “Sweet” Mu Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Brianna turns her passion for improving mental health, political involvement, and financial literacy in the Black American community into tangible change alongside her fellow Sorors. Brianna Gaulding is bound for success as she continues to blaze the trail she has created, both individually and with her diverse teams and support systems.
