I am a student at Quinnipiac University, in a 5 year program, where I will graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2016 and Master's degree in Public Relations in 2017. I have worked on Councilman Charles Yancey campaign team in 2015. I have also been the youth coordinator for a nonprofit organization, B.O.L.D. teens, which was a voice for the inner city youth in local politics. This organization touched upon issues like police brutally, regulations of tobacco products and other issues that were pertinent to the area. In these positions, I received the opportunity to perfect my leadership/managerial skills, time management skills and communication skills. With these experience, I hope to pursue my vision of working along side politicians and/or businesses to work on community outreach.

I am passionate about poverty alleviation programs, the achievement gap and issues that impact minorities as a whole.
