EXPERIENCE MATTERS! Michele has been a licensed Realtor for 32 years. In the early part of her career she was a hugely successful salesperson specializing in new construction and residential sales.

Michele has a BS in Education. Her formal education as a teacher helped her to communicate and counsel her buyers and sellers
pre-internet. She worked with many first time buyers; as she focused energies on their behalf, giving buyer seminars monthly…for years.

Michele became a sales manager in 1984, in addition to her sales career. Then in 1989 she went into management full time, first for a local builder until 1995 when she moved to Coldwell Banker Burnet as Branch Vice President. She managed the Dakota County/ Eagan office until 2005. She was also the Director of Training for Coldwell Banker Burnet. Then in 2009 she managed the St. Paul/Crocus Hill office of Coldwell Banker Burnet through 2011.

In 2011, Michele chose to retire from her management position and “sell by referral only.” Then in 2013, Brianna (Michele’s daughter), after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Communications and Marketing decided we should work together and help serve people who want to buy and sell.

Brianna made it perfectly clear that she has grown up living in the “World of Real Estate.” (I think she can write a purchase agreement in her sleep.) Brianna was raised in an entrepreneurial family in a Service Industry which influenced her to enter into Real Estate.
