Student, Public Speaker, and Small Business Owner in Miami
My name is Brianna Rodriguez, and I am a dedicated high school/dual enrollment student with a strong passion for leadership, community involvement, and personal growth. Through my experiences as a camp leader, club roles, and Rotary Youth Leadership Awards participant, I have developed skills in communication and teamwork. I am passionate about using these skills to inspire others, especially the younger generation, to step into leadership roles and create meaningful change. I’m also really interested in business, politics, and most of all, making a difference in people’s lives. I hope to have a career where I can lead, organize, and come up with new ideas to help causes I care about, especially those that support underserved communities. Overall, I try to be someone who lifts others up by living with purpose, staying true to my values, and always looking for ways to grow. I am participating in this year's 2025 Summer Youth Internship Program to gain new experiences and increase my knowledge in leadership. By definition, “superhero” means a fictional character who possesses extraordinary powers and uses them to fight evil and protect the public. To me, in terms of leadership, the word superhero means someone who uses their unique strengths to uplift others, overcome challenges, and lead with compassion. My Superpowers are compassion, valuesand determination. By definition, I am definitely not a superhero. However, in terms of leadership and personal growth, I strive to act like one every day by using my strengths to make a positive impact on others!
