I am one of the founders of a business called Evolving Outsourcing, a Poland-based Contact Centre business specialising in the provision of multilingual customer support, sales, marketing & research services.

I am passionate about entrepreneurship - people or teams doing their own thing.

I have a real interest in business communication & how businesses 'present' themselves.

I am a fan of reading, films, theatre, cooking & running. 2 small kids so the word 'avid' in the previous sentence would be misleading...

I travel frequently; primarily to London and our service centres in Poland. Home is Cork city in Ireland.
