Brian O'Hara

Brian O'Hara is a law enforcement consultant who specializes in crisis response and organizational reform. As Minneapolis Police Chief, he directed the department's response to the mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic School, coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies. Earlier in his career, as a Newark police lieutenant, he commanded the motorcade during a presidential visit. His record also includes command of Newark's Metro Division, oversight of its Consent Decree Implementation Unit, and service as Newark's Director of Public Safety.
