Brian Snyder is a seasoned digital strategist with more than 15 years of experience leading digital transformation in some of the world’s biggest brands both at a top PR and integrated marketing agency and in-house at a global industry leader. His diverse experience includes Consumer and B2B Marketing, Corporate Reputation, Innovation, Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Crisis and Information Technology. Brian’s deep technical expertise combines with strong business acumen and the proven ability to lead programs and people. A recognized thought leader, Brian creates and communications a vision then develops and executes a strategy to realize it. Brian guides senior business executives as a trusted counselor through digital change, social media and collaboration technology.

As a student at Notre Dame, Brian helped build and manage the earliest incarnations of the university’s website. He began his professional career with Whirlpool as a web developer, and over the next ten years, Brian assumed roles of increasing responsibility across the company, including the lead for digital employee communications and collaboration, the first head of social media marketing, communications and customer service, head of digital marketing for the Whirlpool brand and leader of a $30 million e-commerce and direct sales business. Brian joined Golin in 2012 as vice president and digital practice director for the agency’s Chicago headquarters. He has led teams serving such diverse clients as Nintendo, PetSmart, Samsung and the 2015 Papal Visit to the United States. Brian now serves as executive digital director, working across Golin’s U.S. offices to build strong digital teams, win new business, develop new offerings and provide senior counsel to key accounts.
