Brian Rahl

Brian Rahl has been affiliated with Rahl & Rahl P.A., as its Vice-President since 1984.

With offices in both Kissimmee and Deerfield Beach, Florida, Mr. Rahl specializes in Florida Condominium Law and Condominium Documentation, Real Estate Law and Closings, Real Estate and Commercial Contracts, Commercial Mortgage Sales, Servicing and Commercial Litigation as well as International Law, including International Government Relations.

Brian’s clients include Florida Residential Developers, International Developers, Florida and International Management Companies, Commercial and PUD Developers, Condominium Marketing Companies, Time-share Marketing Companies and Mixed-Use Development Marketing Companies.

Mr. Rahl graduated with a BA from The University of Florida and earned his JD at Nova Southeastern University Law School.

In addition, Brian Rahl has devoted numerous hours to coaching softball in Parkland, FL and Coral Springs, FL. He has served as a Big Brother for Calvary Chapel and also contributed a great amount of his time doing other charitable work. Special interests include scuba diving, fishing, snow skiing and football.
