I am the Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at River Dell High School and also coach for Brotherhood Lacrosse.

I teach Physics, Anatomy, Earth Science and Astronomy at Bergen Catholic High School.

Personal Development Coach for Teenagers

After ten years of coaching and six years of teaching, I have put together a program to help young adults realize and reach their full potential. We all have goals in life, but often enough, we realize them too late or lose focus along the way. My goal is to help you realize your goals, both within school and those career related, put together a plan of attack to reach those goals and lastly keep you on that path to reach your full potential. This is beneficial for all grade levels of high school students; freshmen will get the help needed to make the adjustment from middle school to high school, which can be a big social and educational leap, sophomores and juniors will get the one on one help researching and choosing a college, along with making sure that they are on track for that school, and seniors can get the help with the transition from high school to college. I have found, especially in college, that guidance counselors often have many students to worry about and a lot of the work of staying on course falls onto the students and parents.
