Brian Sidman

An entrepreneur adept at forging new ventures by developing profitable relationships with capital partners, Brian Sidman established and is CEO of BAS Properties Group, Inc. in Florida. The forward-thinking firm concentrates largely on the niche parking marketplace by acquiring a variety of assets in regions throughout the United States. Before establishing BAS, Brian Sidman served in senior executive roles with two real estate investment firms, MVP Realty Advisors and TNP.
Early on, Brian Sidman underwent formal business training at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business Marketing, from which he earned his bachelor’s degree. Once finished with his college education, he worked for GFI Realty Services in commercial real estate investment sales, where he focused on New York City properties, primarily surface parking lots with development air rights and multi-family buildings.
After transitioning from GFI, Mr. Sidman became director of business development with Pella Windows and Doors New Jersey. He remains affiliated with the company as member of its Board of Directors and as a shareholder.
