As the Chief Product Therapist at FounderTherapy, I help early stage companies bring their software products to market through customer, product and sales development.

I am currently working with the executive team of an early stage startup building a marketplace for recruiting and retaining employees in the hospitality industry. I’m leading product strategy and development for a relaunch while managing an existing beta product, building the product and engineering organizations, and working closely with marketing and sales to optimize marketing spend and drive user growth.

PreviousIy, I worked with an early stage startup to develop software that helps family offices and other large private investors to make better investment decisions. I helped them redesign their beta product, performed customer development to refine their strategic product direction, and developed their product development process.

Before starting FounderTherapy, I spent four years as the Product Development lead at Axial, managing its transition from a financial advisory consulting company into a product-driven technology startup that built an online private network of over 10,000 financial professionals taking thousands of private companies to market for late-stage financing. During my time at Axial, I launched the company’s innovative online networking and business operations product, performed customer development, oversaw customer engagement, and managed the product development lifecycle.

Prior to Axial, I launched and built profitable outsourced Sales and Customer Service Operations for a number of technology and software companies, including: HP, Intuit, Polycom and ADP.
