Brian Towne
I am the lucky husband to Holly, a proud father to 3 boys and passionate about many things: philanthropy, sports, camping, Hawaii, travel, people, common sense, trends, electronics, brands, basketball, great food and Apple products to name a few. My grandmother taught me how to play the piano when I was 2, and I feel the best about life while playing her 1921 Steger. I played basketball at Portland State University, where I received a marketing degree from the School of Business. I was a 3-time Big Sky all-conference selection and played professional basketball in Italy for the Varese Roosters. I entered the corporate world as a sales representative for Cutter & Buck, the leading corporate supplier in the wearables market. After 5 great years with C&B, I accepted an offer to lead sales initiatives in the Northwest for Nike Golf. I immersed myself in the Nike culture and participated in the branding efforts that make Nike the global leader of athletic footwear, apparel and equipment. My passion for brands and marketing fueled my dream to become an entrepreneur. In 2010 I founded BNT Sports, a branding agency for corporations, nonprofit organizations and professional sports franchises. Late in 2011 BNT Sports merged with Sunrise Identity, a top US distributor and full service marketing agency working with Fortune 100 companies. I currently serve as National Accounts Director.
