Brian Turner

I was born in 1969 and grew up in Carrier Mills, IL. I received Bachelor's Degrees in Economic and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992 and a Masters of Business Administration in 1994. I worked in Chicago at Northern Trust after graduation and have worked for the State of Illinois since 1995 in various positions. I am married with two children.
