Brian Wortel

The wealth of experience Brian T. Wortel brings to the table stems from a career that spans several decades. For more than twenty years, Brian T. Wortel served as a Special Education Administrator where he was able to work with numerous students with social and emotional issues. This was a challenging but rewarding career.

Brian Wortel is a military veteran, having served as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army. He served in the Middle East after going to basic training at Ft. Knox and then recieving specialist training in San Antonio.

Wortel places an emphasis on healthy living in his own life. He is a fan of running and has participated and completed numerous 5ks, over a dozen half-marathons, and has completed the Chicago Marathon three times.
