From being a guard, decorated veteran, Federal Agent, the senior security executive for a Fortune 500 to the Director of a police academy, I have done it all in the criminal justice field.

But that's not what you probably care about.

I believe all people are good and all are individual. Live your life and let everyone else live theirs. Defend against the imposition of religious, political, criminal or intolerant oppression. Do that and you will have lived a good life.

I love my best friend (who married me long ago), my children and our chihuahuas. I enjoy photography and fly fishing and pigs and learning new things. I've travelled around the world and gained an appreciation for other people's customs and concerns and a little about how to cook their food.

Life is strange and I doubt I'll live long enough to really figure it out. My life has been wonderful and very difficult but I'm trying to make the best of what is left. Living the simple life is working out...
