El Bricche was more than a local shoemaker in the old Italian village of Tegoleto, Tuscany. Everybody knew him for his modesty, his altruism and his mastery in repairing absolutely every kind of shoes, belts, bags and leather products you could ever imagine. He was an institution, and one with a big heart. So when his son Giorgio and grandson Ciro revamped El Bricche’s old bottega after he passed away in 2011, three generations met around his heritage to perpetuate his commitment: the passion for genuine things.

Bulding on the high-value craftsmanship of his founder and a well-established position on the local market, Calzoleria Bricche is today a growing start-up designing, producing and selling personal accessories made of genuine leather from local manufacturers.

All items are designed and produced in-house exclusively, in the same old bottega since the 1950s, with some of the traditional tools grandfather El Bricche made himself.
