In 1978 I began my quest into integrative health & holistic nutrition starting with macrobiotic cooking, an alternative eating lifestyle. I then apprenticed with Dr Lu, an eastern medicine doctor where I learned the benefits of herbs, teas and roots, including eating live/organic foods. While apprenticing with Dr. Lu I completed several thousand hours in Holistic Nutrition and Organic Cooking and I am now certified in both. I then went on to work in an anti-aging medical clinic in Palm Beach, Florida with over 300 hands on successful case studies In 1995 I founded “The MEGA Way”, (then called the Palm Beach Way) a Holistic Nutritional Lifestyle program. Through observation and hands on experience working with many clients from all walks of life, I understood early on how difficult it is for most people to stay on track. I also realized that my clients needed to start their day with a meal that would totally balance the ten body systems including the emotional and mental body systems and, a realistic nutrition plan to help them stay on track permanently.
