My top 5 StrengthsQuest Strengths are Includer, Woo, Significance, Connectedness and Strategic. An includer is someone who tries to get everyone involved all the time and is someone who hates seeing anyone left out. I Chose this strength out of the others because I always include everyone and knew that this was a strength before I took the StrengthsQuest. I identify with this strength the most because I have always included everyone even as a child I hate to see other left out and even I notice this about myself. This impacts me personally and socially as I always involve everyone in everything I do so I always am around a lot of people whenever I do go out. Academically when we have group projects a lot of people always are in my group as I see that having more people is better why have someone be left out if you can include them.

The Lessons from a First year Buckeye was an assignment where we got to reflect on our first semester at The Ohio State University in mine I talked about how you need to be true to yourself, how you need social your first year, make time for studying, you need to get out and explore other food options and how you can get homesick and how its ok be homesick just remember the goals your trying to accomplish. This activity helped me to learn areas that I feel I could improve while also thinking about things I wish I had known at the start of the semester. This activity will help me to make the remainder of time I have at OSU better as I can only learn from the mistakes I made.

The next assignment I found to be useful was the Wellness Dimension which was a test that told you areas of your wellness that you could use improvement on. The Areas of Wellness include Career, Creative, Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Physical, Social, and Spritual. This activity was made me learn about the different aspects of wellness and allowed me to see where I may struggle in Wellness which being well in life is very important knowing that this test exist will allow me to improve aspects I may neglect and help me to become more well in life which is important.
