Brittany is the creator of Pride Rock, a blog about issues in the workplace. She received her BA in Sociology from Texas Tech University. She is currently working on her MA in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on courses in: international affairs, business, philosophy, and human sciences. Her passion lies in human resources with a particular emphasis on diversity and inclusion on a global scale.

Brittany is a researching fanatic, proud owner of a toy poodle, huge sports fan, and quite competitive. When she's not working full time at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center she is coaching volleyball to young girls and boys in camps and competitive club leagues.
