Britney Faber

Britney Faber is a full time student at Georgia Perimeter College, and part time assistant manager at the commonly known women retailer Charlotte Russe. She is in her first year of college, and has chosen to major in Political Science. When Britney is not at school or work, she can be found helping coach the previous speech and debate team she was on at her highschool;in addition, to assisting her previous drama teacher and mentor cast one-act plays and musicals.
Britney attended Allatoona High school in Acworth, Georgia, and graduated with a 3.5 GPA. Throughout her high school career she was a part of multiple teams, and organizations such as the Speech and Debate Team, National Honors Society, Thespian Society, FCCLA, and the Academic Decathlon Team. She placed 1st for impromptu speaking at Georgia’s state speech and debate tournament, and 3rd in religion and literature at the Los Angeles Catholic Academic Decathlon. Britney was also featured in a vast sum of musicals, and plays at her former high school while; also, sometimes stage managing these productions.
Britney enjoys learning about different cultures, and; in result, being able to analyze their relationships. Her passion for this has influenced her current major political science. She hopes to one day work at an American Embassy in a different country. Britney finds most of her joy in children; therefore, being able to spend time with her little brother and sister is essential to her daily life. She also makes it a point to set a reminder on her phone every day to “stay positive” to ensure that she stays steadfast on her mission to accomplish all of her goals.
