Britney Inez Rand

Britney is an entrepreneurial minded visionary who lives to captivate, inspire, and innovate.

Working in contracting environments ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500s, she has the agility to drive change through inspiration and communication. Passionate about connecting the dots between organizations, social practices and their objectives; Britney offers the thought leadership and tenacity to make any entity successful.

Before making her footprint in the digital world she was best known for leaving her high heel print in the fitness industry. Britney made her debut into the fitness world in 2009 as she competed in her first fitness competition. Taking control of the stage she won the Regional Overall Bikini Champion title in the NPC 2009 Midwest Ironman. She then proceeded to place 3rd in the nation in the NPC 2010 Jr. Nationals. Since then, she’s traded her 5+ hour training days for 12+ hour days spent making her dreams a reality.

When she is not working, practicing Bikram yoga, rollerblading or playing the piano she enjoys donating her time to aspiring leaders. While working for a non-profit, Britney witnessed the positive impact of expanded educational options for youth. As a result, she made a personal commitment to continuously better herself through advanced education and to share her non-conventional journey to her success.
