My journey in the business world began at Tarleton State University, where I honed my skills in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Through years of office management jobs, I gained valuable experience in the day-to-day development of Human Resource management. These experiences solidified my understanding of business operations and fueled my passion for driving organizational growth and success.

As a human resource manager and a graduate student, I am expanding my knowledge of human resource management and leadership.
