Brittany D. Stanford

Brittany D. Stanford is a student at the University of Tennessee, anticipating a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Rhetoric and Writing in May 2013. In the near future, she plans to pursue graduate studies in Journalism and Electronic Media with the intent of a career in music or entertainment journalism.

Ms. Stanford's experience includes writing on-air scripts and web stories for the University's award-winning radio station, WUTK. Along with media writing, she has turned her love of all things music into volunteer opportunities for various nationwide tours and music festivals, including the Vans Warped Tour. Both scenerios have given her the platform to gain familiarity with media writing and the inner workings of music and music related events.
