I'm so excited! Today, I hold the #1 spot in the Los Angeles City Section for Shot Put. I'm hoping my team takes the city and makes it to the state championships this year!

Shot Put is my main event. I throw in the 40.05 with the 8.8 shot. I expect to throw at least 43.00 by the time I make it to state. My record shows that when I do a personal best, it's in feet! Not inches.

I only competed in high school for two years, but that hasn't prevented me from making my mark! I have competed in the AAU Junior Olympics in Kansas City and USATF Junior Olympics in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In addition, I hold the record in the Valley Youth Conference and the Northridge Pacer's Club in Shot Put and 100m Hurdles, Intermediate Girls.

I'm looking forward to competing in hammer, javelin and discus in college. I haven't had formal training in discus because my high school doesn't have a ring, but my personal best so far is 93'6.00 during the Pasadena Games.

I also have my times posted below in the 100, 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles. Why so many events? I hope to one day compete in a heptathlon.
