I’m a Texan transplanted to the great city of Chicago in order to attend seminary and begin a new chapter in my call to ministry. I’m United Methodist by tradition and a mystic by choice, informed by a variety of experiences, ways of creating meaning and lenses of seeing this world. I’m interested in all things foodie, adventure and sucking the marrow of this life. I’m passionate about communities that take risks, intersections/collisions of identities, worship that honors authenticity, and story sharing as a means for breaking down walls of disconnection and finding common hopes.
