As the Content Manager, I worked to develop and optimize lead nurturing and retention campaigns, contests, and promotions to effectively drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to increase revenue.

I have worked on an internal online community from soup to nuts providing K12 families a safe environment for interaction. Additionally, I have led the creation, launch, and management of the 'What's Your Story?' site where families can share their K12 success stories.

In my position as the Community Editor, I was held responsible for the majority of customer interactions and the constant communication and organization that is required to operate a thriving company Facebook page, Twitter account, and Pinterest boards.

Working with different departments at K12 Inc. for the past ten+ years has allowed me to create a strong understanding of the business components required for successful campaigns. Ultimately, I have developed strategic planning abilities working with large-scale information management by handling data and multiple platforms for a variety of consumers.
