Wife 2 my high school sweetheart, mom of 2, & I’m from the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan. I struggled for years personally, emotionally, physically, and financially & have taken control of my life 100%. I focused on getting myself healthy and stronger and in the meantime have found a true passion for fitness & supporting & motivating others! I started my online fitness business in May of 2010 & have since completely turned my life right side up! I strive daily to look for the positive in all things & be truly happy & thankful for everything that I have all the while learning more about myself and others.

Along with that, here are a few other random things about me:

• I BLEED GREEN – translation – Michigan State Spartans!!!!
• I LOVE COLLEGE SPORTS! I could care less about professional, they don’t have the heart!
• I love to snow ski started when I was 2 years old!
• Though I don’t have a ton of time for it now, I will never grow too old for competitive cheerleading – I love going to practices and help with my former HS team and watching them succeed!
• The best thing I love about my kids is seeing the world through their eyes! (well that and they’re just so adorable)
• I could wear my Uggs literally every day, maybe not when I switch them for flip flops in the summer!
• My favorite type of wine is Pinot Noir, but I’ll drink mostly anything!
• Favorite food is anything Italian, Mexican is a close 2!!!
